Today, we dissected the cow eye. It was interesting to see all of the parts we were learning about. The best part was being able to touch all of the parts. When we were finished, we wrote about what we noticed and what was interesting. Some of the funny things the kids wrote were: "Mrs. Knapp almost got sick when she was cutting out the cornea." "The vitreous body oozed out of the eye." It was fun to see the kids so excited about hands on learning.
